• Instructors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their course content.
• Skillroid reserves the right to remove or modify any content that violates its policies.

6. Payments and Refunds:

• Skillroid may charge fees for certain services, and users agree to pay these fees.
• Refund policies for courses and services are outlined separately.

7. Privacy Policy:

• Users’ personal information is handled according to the Skillroid Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property:

• Users retain ownership of their content. However, by uploading content, users grant Skillroid a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content on and off the platform.

• Skillroid is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of the platform and it’s services.

• Skillroid reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of these terms and for any suspicious activity.
• In case of termination users will not be paid and dues.

11. Governing Law:
– These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

12. Modifications:

• Skillroid reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
• Skillroid may not notify users for minor changes, therefore it’s recommended to read the terms time to time.
• Skillroid may review comments, reviews, courses and user account informations and reserves the right to modify them if they are violating guidelines.

13. Third Party Services:

• Skillroid uses third party services to operate, in case of any damage caused by those services skillroid shall not be liable.
• Payments are processed by third party banking systems, it’s recommended to read their legal terms before making any transactions.

14. Data Security Measures:

• Skillroid ensure the protection of its users data, and implements strict security measurements, however no method is 100% guarnteed.
• Users are responsible to use strong passwords, and not to share their private informations.
